Illustrator: Homoki-Nagy, Istvan. 1.2 kg; 140 pages of text, followed by 139 illustrations, reproduced both in colour, and in black-and-white taken from the film detailing the adventures of Nimrod the Hawk, the pointer Ficko, and the dachshund Pletyka. The book comes with a stapled box with a plate pasted to the upper right-hand corner indicating the contents, a white plain paper wrapper, which has a grubby mark on the rear panel, a bright green illustrated dustjacket which has a mark on the rear panel at the same place as appears on the outer wrapper. It also has a half inch tear at the bottom left-hand corner of the rear panel. The book as light offset tanning of front and rear end pages, a loss of colour for approximately 2 mm at the bottom of the spine from exposure to light . The titling on the spine is in green, as is the illustration on the front board. The place marker ribbon is not damaged. The author made several nature films. Size: 4to 9¾" - 12" tall.
