Written, not to replace all other cookbooks, but to heighten the awareness of each other's country, this book offers recipes such as whisky baked beans, a gourmet's idea for a good steak (visiting Frenchmen's recipe), Australian "rabbit Royalle", and drinks such as horse's neck, koala, kookaburra and coffee for 200!.
