Pencil price and small owner stamp to ffep. Faint pencilled scribble on dedication page. p81 (illustration of The Butcher's Shop) has a 35mm by 15mm marginal chip, just cutting into the edge of the picture (by 1mm). 1cm closed tear in margin of frontis. Several text pages have a top corner crease. Corner chip to bottom of page 97/98. One or two small age marks in margins. 15mm by 8mm pink stain on title page. Front endpapers have partial split down hinge and their binding is weak, though all pages are still attached. Good+ condition. 434g.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/No Jacket.
