Small tears on top spine edge, cornerse bumped and worn. Heavy foxing, some browning, small piece torn from bottom tissue guard. Front hinge exposed and a bit weak, former owner's name plate on front pastedown and name on fly. Else fair-good copy of scarce title. Fictional letters from a Light Horse trooper, from enlistment to Gallipoli and his recovery from wounds at the 3rd London General Hospital. Journalist Hogue served as an officer with the 2nd Light Horse and this draws on his experiences.
