Author has signed book on Front end page. Some minor stains inside - made by old pipe tobacco it appears. Polly tells her own story of growing up in Pickering on the North Yorshire Moors, her life of during the War, and her passion of cricket and the Womens Cricket Association that lead to her touring travels with her team to New Zealand, Australia , South Africa and other exotic locations, one where she contracted Thyphoid. Soft cover is in good condition - has some marks on it and scratches on back. Several creases on cover and minor wear on edges and corners. Biro note on inside front cover.. Signed by Author. 1st Edition. Soft Cover. Very Good. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
