Includes black-and-white and multi-colored pictures with four pop-up double-page scenes. 'Louis Giraud conceived, designed, and produced books with movable illustrations described as "living models." While the term had yet to be used, these were authentic "pop-up" books.' CONDITION Pictorial papered bds (fresh with wear to spine and edges) illustrated eps, unpaginated, all pages present and clean (light foxing due to absorbancy of paper type, all pop outs bright and undamaged (copy shaken)..
