Sydney: Pacific Publications, 1974. 550 g; 96 pages, last five pages blank, includes index of graves. Illustrated with photographs, a foldout map being "Plan of Colonial Era Portion of Kingston Cemetery", and 187 entries (entry 60 a threw things slightly), some with black-and-white photography of the various gravestones. The only damage to the book itself is a small abrasion approximately 3 inches from the top edge of the book and a quarter of an inch in from the spine on the front paste-down and front end page. Probably something sticky that has since dried and pulled the paper. The dust jacket is in good order and is illustrated with a white relief image of Norfolk Island Township.
