Holden's Motor Body Builders commenced business in Adelaide in 1919, and became General Motors's sole body supplier in Australia four years later, before selling out to GM in 1931. This book is packed with fact and photographs recording the Chevrolets, Buicks, Essexs, Studebakers, Oldsmobiles, Vauxhalls (and many more) they built. Naturally, it includes the full story on 'Australia's Own Car' (with paint & trim colours) to the mid-1980s. Separate chapters on Holden Restoration, and Holden Modifications. Several colour plates.
