London, Oxford, 1939. first edition - h/c. 190 x 135mm., pp. colour frontis, 256, 6 b/w illustrations, orig. red cloth covered boards, black printed title on front with two planes over map of Spain & title etc on spine. cloth is evenly medium faded on front & spine - overall cloth is near very good with very little wear. Content pages are very good - few minor marks - NO FOXING, p.o. name (2 lines - neat ffep) - red tint on top edge. Binding is very solid - one section slightly stretched. Scans available - without d.j. Near VG.
