There is a tear on the head of the spine with some loss of the illustrated paper (over 5 inches). The binding itself is sound and intact. The pages are clean and bright. The corners are bumped with some rubbing to the edges of the book. The dust jacket is complete with some rubbing and minor chipping on the spine extremities and corners.
