Kress 2560 (collates with Kress copy). NOTE: The work is that of a practical man never touching the theoretical side of his subject. Justice says himself in the dedication, speaking of exchanges "some years' experience I have had myself in that way of business". He also wrote: "A General Treatise of the Dominion and Laws of the Sea" with a proposal to abolish "Pressing for the Navy", in 1705, which includes information on marine insurance.
