Walker(no dates) who was both a performer and a composer who wrote between 1857-65 and whose most notable piece was The British Lion, which is also composed by Henry Walker with no middle initial H. Furthermore amongst the 15 songs listed are many that by their titles are like this one, a light hearted look at famous situations and history. This song is not listed but the publisher was at this address across 1842-83 and it is a reasonable supposition, not to say certain that it is this Henry Walker.
