The text is illustrated with copious black-and-white line drawings and graphic illustrations by the author. The text is printed on yellow coloured paper. Tan coloured boards with illustration of young girl and baby on hip on the front panel and on the back panel there is a street scene. There is black and grey writing on the front panel and spine. Illustrated dustwapper, same illustrations as for boards, with black and white writing on the front panel and spine. Dark brown/grey background. In 1961 Bruce Petty undertook a trip to Southeast Asia. This book is his impressions of that trip. The top edge of the dust jacket is rubbed, with minor chipping and creasing, the bottom edge of the dust jacket is rubbed at the front panel/spine crease. Digital image available upon request..
