A book plate on fep, a previous owner's name and address label on first (blank) prelim, a tipped-in lbel on second (blank) prelim which states "Only a limited number of copies of this book have been printed, but arrangements have been made to keep the type in force for six months to enable each member of the different families to obtain a copy if ordered within that period. We will be obliged for names and addresses of parties likely to be interested in the work, especially those in the Colonies, or in foreign countries", dated 1st October, 1903. A few marks to eps.
