This very scarce and special children's book has a bark-textured, soft, light brown paper cover, a chocolate coloured gilted title, and is bound with original chocolate coloured ribbon. The pages within are thick, with their edges cut into fancy patterns. The book consists of twelve little verses, each with a full page black & white illustration on the facing page. Each illustration is both intricate and enchanting, with fairies and winged creatures. There is an illustrated title page and a vignette on the last page.
