Pale grey coloured endpapers. 1/4 dark blue cloth spine with silver writing and 3/4 blue boards with self embossed author's initials on those lower right-hand corner of the front panel. Bumping to the head and to the heel of the spine and the front paper edges have been hand cut. Spine is very slightly cocked and there is a slight bump in the spine. Illustrated dustwapper, being a reproduction of part of the American declaration of Independence in the background with an eagle blindfolded in the foreground with silver and white writing on the front panel and silver on the spine. Dustwapper is a little rubbed and crinkled particularly the top dustwapper edge. On the eve of the 1993 American presidential election, Saddam Hussein devices of plots to "... embarrass the U.S. by stealing part of its history -- then destroying that symbol in front of the world's media.
