Cloth is rather heavily flecked/mottled on boards (tho not particularly worn) & small white (paint?) spot on spine (spine lettering not affected). Back gutter slightly split. Eps browned. Approx 40 pgs have a heavy crease at bttm cnr & 1 pg has small hole in bttm margin o/w contents clean & tight, binding firm - all text clear & readable. Fair to Good.. Hard Cover. Fair/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
