LAST ITEM HELD MATCHING THIS TITLE STATED:

Butterworths, London - fourth edition, 1975. hardcover, 9 3/4" x 5 1/2" (lacks jacket). Boards are protected by transparent covering. Book in VERY GOOD condition. Dark-green cloth-bound boards with gold type to spine. Although there has only been one statute dealing specifically with evidence since the third edition of this book in 1971 (the Civil Evidence Act, 1972), there has been a goodly number of important decisions on the subject. This book refers to most of them, as well as incorporating considerable rewriting and reorganisation. The 11th Report of the Criminal Law Revision Committee (although hostilely received) is cited in a brief section in Chapter 15 here.
