Pimlico / Random House, London - ISBN:0712665366, 1988. softcover, 6" x 9¼" (x 2" thick). Ours is an ex-library copy in transparent protective covering, with usual stamps, stickers, etc. Book in VERY GOOD condition. 'Mosley', a major Channel 4 TV series, was based on this book. Sir Oswald Mosley (1896-1979), a British politician became a Conservative MP, but joined the Labour Party, and was a member of Ramsay MacDonald's government. He resigned, formed the New Party (1931) and later founded the British Union of Fascists in 1932. In this book, a notable work, his son paints a picture of a vanished society and an enigmatic politician in whom intelligence and repulsiveness were strangely mixed.
