LAST ITEM HELD MATCHING THIS TITLE STATED:

Sydney Mail, July 21, 1937. This very scarce Frank Clune item is a one page illustrated article on early Australian aviation, featuring photos of Amy Johnson, Jimmy Melrose, Ray Parer and others. Size 285x400. In addition to the Clune article there are numerous other items of interest in this issue of the Sydney Mail including the Springboks down under, historic Russian flight across the arctic, down the Snowy R. by canoe, reminiscences of the windjammer days by an old captain and more. The Sydney Mail has never been reproduced in facsimile, making this Clune article both ephemeral and scarce. A nice clean copy, the Clune leaf is in excellent condition.
