LAST ITEM HELD MATCHING THIS TITLE STATED:
London: Lincoln Williams, circa 1930. Hardback. Small 8vo, green cloth with printed paper spine label; 184 pp, numerous plates throughout. Inscribed and signed by the author. The eclectic biography of an itinerant poet who stayed for years in outback Australia and British Columbia. The plates are interesting and varied, with scenes of early Australian grazing life, the Sydney Harbour Bridge under construction, hunting the 9,000 pound moose and the black bear, Australian Aborigines, monstrous snakes etc. Intermittent non-offensive foxing throughout, lacks front free endpaper, the previous owner has annotated the half title page and inscribed its upper margin. Spine browned with a chip from one corner of the paper label resulting in the loss of the letter 'R' in Recollections. All in all, a nice solid copy
