Small 4to, quarter red cloth, grey papered decorated boards; 50pp, numerous full page colour tipped plates and other black and white illustrations. Edges tanned, occasional light foxing, some offsetting from the frontis to the title, spine tips lightly worn. The dust-jacket is browned, marked and chipped. A lovely and pleasing copy of this impressive monograph.
