The Appendix (i) lists the P&O fleet past and present since 183 displaying superb silhouette sketches of the same fleet to scale. Appendix (ii) is an interesting article by Frank Bowen 'The Development of the P&O Fleet'. Well illustrated in black and white plus numerous colour plates of ships, events, and Company Directors. Foxed front & rear end papers as too the fore-edges, otherwise the overall condition is good. Dust jacket badly torn, soiled and chipped, over blue cloth covered end boards.
