It is an International body dealing with ships of all nations. It has no capital, no shareholders, no articles of association; it pays no dividends. It has only one object impartial service. As issued without dust jacket, blemished and foxed straw coloured cloth covered end boards minor foxing to inner end paper otherwise nice condition.
