Books purchased through the BibliOZ.com website may only be returned after first contacting our office on Toll Free 1800 067 877 (Australia only) or by emailing customerservice@biblioz.com
Books supplied by this website are sold with all faults normally associated with USED or SECONDHAND books and will exhibit wear and tear appropriate to their age.
If you receive an item that has a major fault not detailed in the original book description you may contact us to seek a refund. Refund requests for this purpose must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.
If a book is as described but was ordered in error or is no longer needed it may only be returned if the supplying dealer agrees to take the book back. Please be advised this is at their discretion and the dealer is under no obligation to accept the return.
If the dealer does agree to the return you will only be refunded the cost of the book (+GST for Australian customers) less return postage back to the dealer.

Policy effective from January 2008
An order can only be cancelled if the supplying dealer has not processed the order and the status of the book and the order is ORDERED. Please be aware that an order can be processed in a matter of hours, so please be sure of your purchase before going ahead with the order.
If the book has the status of SHIPPED the order is no longer able to be cancelled. If the book has been posted, a refund can only be processed if the supplying dealer agrees to the return. Please see above for conditions of a return of this type. If the order has not been processed, the order may be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
