Returns and Refunds
Returns: As most of the items listed on BibliOZ are secondhand and used books, you need to carefully read the description to identify any blemishes or faults. Do not assume that because one book is a higher price than another, it will be in better condition. The supplier dealers determine their own prices for the books they list and each will do so according to their own perception of the value. We do request that customers contact us if they are uncertain of any aspect of a book's description as once an item is ordered and shipped, then costs are incurred. Usually we can enquire of the bookdealer to obtain more information. A book will be accepted for return and a refund if it is not as described. Returns should be made by prior arrangement by contacting BiblioQuest at customerservice@biblioz.com
Upon receipt of your book/s please check them carefully for any faults as return requests need to be lodged with us within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds: The books listed on BibliOZ represent the inventory of thousands of separate booksellers all over the world. Those dealers also usually sell their books in open shops and catalogues etc. For that reason, it can happen that a book you have purchased will unfortunately have sold to another buyer just prior to your order being processed and before the dealer can update their database of listings. This happens in perhaps one out of ten instances. In that circumstance, if your credit card has already been billed, we arrange to make an immediate refund to that same account on the next business day after being notified by the dealer. If you have paid by cheque, then we will return your cheque. Refunds relating to returns will be arranged depending on your payment preference at the time of negotiating the return.
