National Secure Internet Payment Service for Credit Cards

BibliOZ allows you a flexible range of payment options for items you purchase.

The following credit cards are accepted for payment of BibliOZ.com purchases: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and BankCard (Australia only). You may use these cards to pay over a secure internet connection or phone, fax or post your order and credit card details. We also accept cheques and money orders in Australian dollars. BibliOZ.com uses the National Australia Bank's Secure Internet Payment Service for its online credit card transactions. This payment service is offered by Australia's largest bank, the National Australia Bank, and has the following features for your security and convenience:

• At the point in the transaction where you enter your credit card details for payment of goods purchased from BibliOZ.com, a secure page opens that enables you to make the payment directly to the National Bank.
• This means that your credit card details are not stored by BibliOZ.com; in fact the card details are not seen by us or stored by our system at all.
• When the secure page opens to connect you with the National, this session is private and protected by the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
• Your credit card and personal details are therefore encrypted when transmitted over the internet to the bank.
• At the end of the online payment process you are given confirmation of its success and can print out or save an online receipt giving you a unique transaction ID.
• This unique transaction ID can be used in subsequent communication with BibliOZ.com to identify the purchase. The same transaction ID is used by the bank to communicate to BibliOZ that the card payment has been authorised.
• If you choose NOT to use the Secure Internet Payment Service, please note that a manual processing fee will be added to the book price as our costs increased accordingly.
