ORDER TRACKING ON BIBLIOZ.COM

Once payment has been processed for your BibliOZ order, then it is submitted to our system and electronically transmitted to the supplier dealer/s. Once it is submitted then an "Order Pending" email is sent to you from BibliOZ. This email confirms the items within your order.

Once ALL the supplier dealers have confirmed shipment or non-shipment of the books, another email will be sent to you entitled "Order Finalised". You need to read this second email carefully to check whether all the books in your order were shipped or if any were unavailable.

If a supplier dealer does not respond to our electronic order to say if a book has been shipped (or not!) within 5 days then a reminder email is sent to them. After 7 days, that item in the order automatically expires and you will be due a refund for it, along with the relevant freight amount and any tax paid.

Refunds are either processed by us directly through the National Secure Internet Payment Service, if you paid us online, or via a manual credit card refund or a cheque.

You can monitor the status of any of your orders at any time, whether they be current or historical. Just log-in to www.biblioz.com with your user name and password. Then click on the Order History menu link on the left side menu or the My Orders icon in the horizontal customer toolbar. Click on the relevant order and the detailed information will display, including the estimated time of delivery, shown in days. This estimate is from the day the order was submitted (ie. when your payment was processed)
