Experiencing Problems with Online Credit Card Payment

There are two ways you can proceed to ensure this order is placed on our system if you have experienced problems trying to pay online for your BibliOZ order, even after adjusting your browser settings [click here for more info on browser settings].

1. Ring our customer service centre on Freecall number on 1800 067 877 between 10am-6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time Mon-Fri and quote the BibliOZ order number that was created on the system and pay with your credit card over the phone. This is probably easiest and quickest. International calls can be made to +61 2 4861 7666 but it may be easier to print off an order form and fax your payment (see below)

2. Alternatively, you may attempt the online payment again by logging in with your user name and password, then click the "Order History" menu link and click on Order number. The order details will display. Click on the "CANCEL" button at the foot of the screen and the book swill be returned to your Book Basket.

You then click on the "Check Basket" menu link and attempt the order again. It will allocate a new order number. Because the National Bank payment system uses high security encryption for your protection it is slower to operate so you need to be patient and allow it to complete the process and return your browser back to our website afterwards. If you enter your email address on the NAB payment site then an email receipt will be sent to you. BibliOZ will also send an Order Pending email with the details of your order and information about the process from that point.

There are other payment options for the purchase of books on BibliOZ.com, aside from the Secure Internet Payment Service. After you create the order, a screen will appear presenting you with a list of payment methods. If you choose something other than the Secure Internet Payment Service, then a window will appear containing a printable order form. Print out this form and then either phone or fax your credit card payment or post it with a cheque or money order.

The phone and fax numbers, as well as the address details for BiblioQuest International (the producers of BibliOZ.com) appear on the order form.

Please note, there is a manual processing fee that is added to orders for these other payment methods as our costs and bank charges are greater. We cannot submit orders electronically into our system until the payment is processed so these other methods can delay receiving your books or increase the likelihood that they may sell to other customers in the meantime. Books are offered subject to being unsold at the time the order is electronically submitted.
