Problems Logging-in as as User
There a three main reasons why some users of our site experience this difficulty:
1. You may be encountering the login screen that appears when you go to make an order from the temporary book basket (ie. the book basket that you store items in prior to logging in). You can only use this screen if you have previously registered as a user.
If you haven't yet registered your full details (ie. delivery and contact addresses, email etc.), then from the login screen you need to click on either of the link words "register" or "here" in the following phrase on the BibliOZ login screen
You will need to register as a customer
of BibliOZ to order your selected books.
Click here to register as a new customer.
or alternatively just click on the "Register" menu link in the left side menu.
2. If you have previously registered but are still not able to log in then it may be that the user name or password that you entered is slightly different to the one you originally registered with. Both the user name and password are case sensitive and require the same use of spacing (for this reason it is often best not to use spaces in user names or passwords).
If you have forgotten the exact details you registered with or want to check the user name and password, then do the following
This will send a copy of your user name and password to the email address that you entered when you registered. Use that user name and password to log in. If you are still unable to do so then please email us again explaining you have followed this procedure or phone our customer service centre on 1800 067 877.
If you wish to change your user name and/or password, login with your existing details and then click on the "Change Details" link on the left side menu. Go to the foot of that screen and enter your new details (you will need to reconfirm the password) but don't forget to save the changes.
3. You may have ordered from BibliOZ.com before but chosen the [ORDER ONLY] option which means that you did not register as a user with a username and password. Choose to either place your order without registering as a user or register as a new user.
