BibliOZ.com is a website enabling online searching and secure purchasing of over 20 million out-of-print and collectable books from more than 3,000 booksellers worldwide.
It is produced by BiblioQuest International, Australia's leading booksearch service since 1994, and is part of the world's biggest network of independent booksellers. The BibliOZ.com Book Search Wizard is a separate but complementary service to the BiblioQuest Global BookSearch Service. It is generally less expensive to purchase books online using BibliOZ.com rather than the BiblioQuest Global BookSearch Service as the prices are discounted and do not include the labour and ordering costs associated with having a personalised search conducted on your behalf by an expert booksearcher/librarian, the compiling and sending of quotes and the processing of a physical order.
All books listed on BibliOZ.com are generally secondhand, though you need to read their descriptions as some are listed as "Fine" or "Mint" which means as if they were new. They are listed at different prices because the supplier dealers set the underlying price. Secondhand books do not have a recomended retail price and in fact can often exceed the price of the book when new as its relative scarcity can increase its value.
