1. PROBLEM! Please Check the Number of Your Current Active Listings!

   We have been experiencing some problems with uploads, particularly when purges of your inventory are performed. The subsequent upload may only partially load records or sometime non at all.

   When you login, you will now see a welcome message that gives your total active listing count as at the previous day. If you can monitor this, the day following an upload and let us know of any significant anomaly, we would appreciate that assistance.

2. PROBLEM! Seller registrations were adversely affected in many cases by an error in the default shipping matrix. Due to a programming glitch, values were not captured by the matrix for the following locations: SINGAPORE, THAILAND and TURKEY. We suggest all sellers log in to their BOZBIZ accounts at www.biblioz.biz and go to the MY ACCOUNT section to check their shipping matrix values, especially for the above countries.
3. PROBLEM! A change has been made to the shipping matrix that not all sellers are aware has happened, especially some who registered on the site prior to the change. The two columns of the matrix allow for an Economy rate and an Air rate (where Economy for overseas is meant to indicate the lowest economy air rate). Most dealers don't use Surface rates at all for shipping and we received many requests for that change. But some sellers have entered a surface rate. If so, please change your values in that first column - headed Economy - to reflect an economy air rate for overseas orders and the second column can remain a full air rate.
